Insurance or no insurance, everyone is welcome to rent from us. Before driving any vehicle in our fleet, approved coverage must be in place. You may use your own insurance or purchase insurance directly through us. Our team will guide you through the process to make it simple and stress-free.
You may use your personal auto insurance if it meets all of the following requirements:
Full coverage auto insurance
Coverage transfers to rental vehicles
Includes comprehensive and collision coverage
Includes liability coverage
Minimum limits of $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000
Proof of active insurance is required prior to approval.
Once you provide us with:
A copy of your driver’s license (U.S. or international)
A copy of your insurance ID card (if applicable)
We will contact your insurance company directly to confirm:
That your policy covers rental vehicles
That the vehicle is fully covered
The exact coverage limits on your policy
If your insurance meets our requirements, your rental will be approved.
If it does not meet the requirements or coverage is denied, we will notify you right away.
If your insurance does not qualify, does not transfer to rental vehicles, does not extend full coverage to the rented vehicle, or if you do not have insurance, you may purchase insurance directly through us.
Insurance can be purchased in office or over the phone, and may be purchased for yourself or for approved additional drivers, including tourists and international drivers.

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Each driver must:

Be covered by rental insurance purchased through us
The primary renter may purchase insurance for an additional driver if needed. All drivers must be approved and added before vehicle release.
