Most reservation changes can be accommodated at no additional cost. However, availability depends on whether your desired vehicle and new dates are already booked by another client.
Making Changes to Your Reservation:
- You can change or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before the start time with no fees.
- Advance notice helps us provide availability to other clients and ensure smooth scheduling.
- While we do our best to meet your request, vehicle availability for your new dates is not guaranteed due to high demand.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your reservation are fully refundable (minus a 6% payment processing fee).
- Rental Credit: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time are non-refundable, but you will receive rental credit to use with us within one year of the original payment date.
- This policy ensures fair scheduling and prevents abuse of our booking system.
