REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At Mango Exotics, customer service is our top priority. Our dedicated concierge team is here to assist you with any changes, cancellations, or last-minute requests. We aim to make your experience seamless while ensuring fair access to our luxury vehicles for all clients.

Most reservation changes can be accommodated at no additional cost. However, availability depends on whether your desired vehicle and new dates are already booked by another client.

Making Changes to Your Reservation:

  • You can change or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before the start time with no fees.
  • Advance notice helps us provide availability to other clients and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • While we do our best to meet your request, vehicle availability for your new dates is not guaranteed due to high demand.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable, as each reservation is carefully scheduled and the selected dates are exclusively reserved for you.

  • Once confirmed, your booking secures the vehicle and removes those dates from our availability. Because of this, cancellations, no-shows, or changes are not eligible for refunds.

  • We understand that plans can change. In certain cases, we may offer a one-time rental credit equal to the amount paid, valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date. Any credit is subject to availability, pricing differences, and approval.

  • This policy allows us to maintain a high level of service, ensure vehicle availability, and provide the best experience for all clients.
